Fundraising
We raise funds on behalf of some of New Zealand's most well known charities.
We take calls for donations (including 0900 and 0800 calls), call potential donors, and recruit collectors for fundraising campaigns. Our technology enables us to contact over 40,000 people a week and you'll only pay for the time our staff talk on your behalf – not for the time it takes to dial a number or wait for a phone to be answered.
If you're running a fundraising campaign, the chances are you'll experience high caller volumes and you won't want to miss any possible donations through lost calls. With incoming calls shared between our Auckland and Wellington centres and our flexible, comprehensive staffing arrangements, we're equipped to handle high caller volumes – so that no call goes unanswered.
If you choose, we'll also complete the transaction for you by processing credit card and cheque payments, and sending out receipts – that way you don't have to do a thing!
