MM Research

In 2000 we worked with MM Research to carry out a brand awareness survey for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand (ICANZ).

The success of that assignment and others led to a partnership agreement, and in 2002 Telelink became MM Research's sole provider for all telephone surveys they carry out on behalf of their clients.

The ICANZ survey continues to be one of many research jobs we do for MM Research. Other assignments include brand awareness surveys for the Master Builders Association, customer satisfaction surveys for PSIS and the Police. We log every call and every person surveyed, and provide the data to MM Research for statistical analysis and reporting.

In 2003 the Police audited our services and confirmed our credibility as a quality supplier.

With all surveys, we undertake a comprehensive training programme so that our customer service agents can answer any questions that may arise in the course of the survey. We invite MM Research and their clients to help with developing our operators' product knowledge – we believe the more we know about the client, the better we can do the job.
