Keith Dignan, Managing
Director

A qualified accountant, Keith has considerable management experience within
New Zealand and overseas including America, Canada, Russia and the Netherlands.
Before joining Telelink in 2004, Keith spent three years heading Call
New Zealand - an industry-wide group promoting New Zealand as a call centre
location for overseas businesses.
Juanita Helg, Director

potential is a key driver to increasing quality services crucial to achieving
optimal results."
After graduating with an MBA in
2002, Juanita gained valuable experience in senior management roles in
the education sector (PTE) with an emphasis on Operations and Quality
Management. Juanita has worked with Telelink since 2006. She holds a Call Centre Managers
Certificate from the Direct Marketing Association. Her role as Director
oversees operational activity and client liaison for all inbound and outbound
teams in our Auckland contact centre.
Tracey Clinton, Director

Tracey joined Telelink in 2008 as a campaign developer, prior to this
she successfully ran her own consulting business in South Africa developing
systems and databases for small businesses . Tracey is hands on in her
role as Director and remains involved in the development of client campaigns
ensuring all data and reporting is to a high standard and that all aspects
of every campaign are well thought out and planned.
